Respondents are advised that there will be an Optional site visit to be held on the date and times specified within the item 1.4 in the RFQ document. A maximum of one representative of each Respondent, or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the Optional site visit. Attendees will meet the BGIS Representative at 32-46 Church Street, St. Catherines, ON. Site visits will be conducted in small groups. Respondents are advised that they must preregister via email to (Rajesh.Gupta@bgis.com) by (May 27th, 2025 @2:00pm) to be authorized to access the site. Failure to register may result in the Respondents representative being refused access to the site. BGIS will contact all Respondents that register and confirm the site visit time in the case when there are multiple site visit times.
Respondents are only required to attend one scheduled site visit to be eligible to bid.
All individuals attending the site visit must bring their own Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as: safety shoes/boots, safety vests, hard hats, safety glasses. Individuals without the appropriate PPE will not be permitted to access the site.
