    Event Note

    Bidders are advised that there will be an OPTIONAL site visit to be held on the date and times specified within the item 2.6.15. A maximum of one representative of each Bidder, or its authorized representative, is permitted to attend the OPTIONAL site visit. Attendees will meet the BGIS representative at the security sign-in desk, room 143, 15 Eddy, Gatineau, Qc. Bidders will be notified of any changes to the date of the site visit by Addenda. Bidders cannot use a representative from another Bidder as its authorized representative to attend the site visit. 2.7.2. All individuals attending the site visit must bring their own Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as: safety shoes/boots and hard hats, etc. Individuals without the appropriate PPE will not be permitted to access the site.
