The summary of the work required:

Demolition of the existing system.
Removal of all the old piping.
Integration into the current BAS system

Additional info:

The project has third-party commissioning.
The current system is failing and in critical condition. The new system must be running with completed testing and commissioning by April 2026.

Hours of work:
The work can be performed on the weekdays between 7 am - 5:45 pm, weekdays after hours 6 pm - 6 am and on the weekends.
Security escort is required after regular business hours and on the weekends.

Event Note

All individuals attending the site visit must bring their own Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as: masks and safety shoes/boots, Individuals without the appropriate PPE will not be permitted to access the site

Bidders are advised that there will be an MANDATORY site visit. A maximum of one representative of each Bidder or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the MANDATORY site visit. Attendees will meet the BGIS Project Manager. Site visits will be conducted in small groups.
