Description

Replace the Motor Control Center MCC-E2 (entirely based on the condition of the unit) to Code and replace the controller on each of the two fire pump systems. The Motor Control Center supports the tenants air conditioning in the building and there is very sensitive equipment that needs air conditioning 24/7. E.g. all IT rooms and areas.

Event Note

All individuals attending the site visit must bring their own Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as: safety shoes/boots, safety vests, hard hats etc. Individuals without the appropriate PPE will not be permitted to access the site. Valid ID is required for this job walk.

Failure of a Proponent to attend a mandatory Site Visit, properly register, sign the BGIS Site Visit Sign-In Sheet and remain present for the duration of the Site Visit will entitle BGIS in its sole discretion to reject such Proponent’s Bid.

Bidders are only required to attend one site visit (if the project has a mandatory site visit) to be eligible to bid.
