Security Requirements: DOS and Reliability
All individual attending the site visit must bring their own Personal Protection Equipment (PPE)
Proponents are advised that there will be an Optional site visit to be held on the date and times specified within the item 1.5 above. A maximum of one representative of each Proponent, or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the Optional site visit. Attendees will meet the BGIS Representative at the 19 Lisgar Street, Sudbury, ON. Site visits will be conducted in small groups. Proponents are advised that they must preregister via email to (Mohammad.Rahman@bgis.com) by November 17th, 2025, to be authorized to access the site. Failure to register may result in the Proponents representative being refused access to the site. BGIS will contact all Proponents that register and confirm the site visit time in the case when there are multiple site visit times. Proponents are only required to attend one scheduled site visit to be eligible to bid. Proponents cannot use a representative from another Proponent as its representative to attend the site visit.
