Description

SOW includes but not limited to:

• Construct three additional offices within the existing file room (5th Floor, Suite 501). Each office must include proper lighting, HVAC, fire/life safety devices, and dedicated power and data for furniture and equipment. Two new data drops are required.
• Modify existing workstations by replacing current furniture and panels with new models.
• Ensure RJ45 connectivity within the file room.
• Install a video camera and doorbell at the reception area entrance.
• Install 2–3 backboards for TV monitors in the hearing rooms and complete all associated electrical work.
• Provide and install 5 new card readers and ensure card-access-only functionality for all doors.
• Install door stops on all doors.
• Replace the floor tiles inside the file room with new carpet matching the existing finish.
• To minimize disruption to hearings, some work will need to be performed after hours.
