Supply all materials and labour necessary to repair defects in ramp to the underground garage, installation of new vehicular traffic coating, removal of abandoned mechanical ductwork and subsequent repair of wall opening, removal and reinstatement of existing lighting fixtures and new surface mounted conduits, removal and replacement of sprinkler piping affected by concrete work repair and all other work as detailed within the drawings and/or specification.
