GOC418026-CT-NPP - 200 Town Centre Court, Scarborough - Elevator Modernization

Brookfield Global Integrated Solutions (Brookfield GIS) will be issuing an invitation to submit a response to a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the purpose of inviting qualified Contractors to submit quotes for the full elevator modernization scope generally described in the Project Scope noted below.
A RFQ submission process will form the basis to award the work to a Contractor with the capacity, experience, performance capabilities and overall ability to provide the management of trades to complete the work in a timely manner that meets or exceeds the project delivery requirements. The forecasted project cost associated with all phases of this work is in excess of $1 million. The forecasted completion date for construction is the end of 2018.
It is anticipated that the RFQ will be issued prior to March 31, 2017 and will be made available on Brookfield GIS MERX™ Portal at www.brookfieldgis.merx.com. The expected response period is four (4) weeks.  Potential respondents are encouraged to monitor the Brookfield GIS MERX™ Portal for the formal posting of the RFQ and should not contact Brookfield GIS to obtain information on this initiative.
This is only a notice of an upcoming invitation to submit a response for the RFQ. It is not an RFQ, a Request for Proposal, a call for tenders, an offer to contract, or any form of legally binding agreement.  Brookfield GIS is not required to call for tenders, request proposals or award any contracts pursuant to this notice of an upcoming invitation.
