GOC373278-CS - Replace Automatic Base Building Door Operators

This project is to replace all malfunctioning automatic door operators on all levels on the base building side.  The operators are found in the washrooms, mechanical and electrical rooms, janitorial rooms, loading dock, freight area etc.  There are approximately 30 to 40 door operators to evaluate.  This project includes an evaluation of the new available technologies for replacement.  Note that the exterior door automatic door operators are excluded in this project.  The consultant is to determine all door operators that are to be included in this project.
