This project is to do a condition assessment on the basement walls that are now almost 30 years old. Cracks may get worst, leading to water leakage and further damage. There are cast in place reinforced concrete wall at the perimeter from the footings up to grade, where the building joins Portage III, in some areas the basement walls are actually the Portage III walls, as it was built previous to Portage IV
