GOC604285-CS - SDS- Sub-metering Study

Objectives of the project is to perform a study to look at the viability of real-time data acquisition from main meter readings (electricity, natural gas, water) & sub-meter readings. It shall have the capability for an easy online access to data via a web browser and interactive energy consumption tables and charts. This would require the replacement or calibration of existing meters and possibly the addition of new energy measuring devices. The project generally consist in performing a study / assessment of the metering and data acquisition infrastructure functional requirements meeting the data acquisition, archival, and reporting requirements set out by the ANNEX A SDS Sub-metering Requirements and the PWGSC National Performance Standards (NPS)
