Description

The flag pole raising and lowering mechanism located on the roof of Tower A has broken and requires replacement. There are also two flag poles located along the front entrance of the building that should be assessed and replacement considered. Consultant to investigate the operational and structural aspects ( ie: footings, bases) of the flag poles. Prepare I&R report which will provide recommendations for all types of repairs with associated costs. Once IAR option is approved by PSPC, tender package and NMS to be prepared by consultant.
