Statement of Work/Overview:

SCOPE SUMMARY:
GOC754652: SDS-ECM #4 & #5 Interior & Exterior Lighting
ECM #4 & #5 Interior Lighting and Exterior Retrofit to LED is identified in the Energy Audit completed by BGIS Fiscal Year 2016-17. Interior testing of replacement bulbs should be undertaken prior to full replacement to ensure compatibility with current ballasts and light intensity and color is suitable for office application.

SCOPE SUMMARY:
GOC754654: SDS-Domestic Water Fixture and Toilet Retrofit
Retrofit washroom fixtures to reduce water consumption. Refer to Energy Audit for detailed scope and number of fixtures involved in retrofit.

IMPORTANT:
These two projects are bundled together and involves both electrical and plumbing scope of work. If a portion of the scope is not within the bidding consultant field/ expertise, it is the consultant’s responsibility to hire any applicable sub-consultants required to complete these projects together.

Please review the SOW and the Requirements documents as well as any energy related documents reflecting the additional scope of work requirements.
