Project Objectives / Scope of Work;The condition assessment project generally consist in the preparation of the secondary switchgears and associated components replacement program. The project scope of work shall include switchgears ID: SE-L-2-1, SE-L2-2, SE-L2-3, SN-L2-1 (1), SN-L2-1 (2), and SC-L2-1.The replacement program document shall include, but not be limited to;-Partial Electrical Single-Line diagrams and schematic representation of the switchgears/switchboards.-Identification of all existing secondary switchgear equipment and associated devices. The identification table shall indicate, ID#, systems/tower/area served, make, model, ratings, relays/trip units, year of installation, remaining service life. -For each applicable equipment and devices, review and identify its priority for replacement based on; condition, suitability for use, availability of spare parts, and other pertinent criterias.-For each applicable equipment and devices, specify the base specifications (type, ratings, trip units, power monitoring modules, motor operator, remote controls, and interface requirements with existing operator workstation, reference make and model). -For each applicable equipment and devices, provide a replacement cost estimate (material and labour). -Discuss any particular considerations applicable to the future replacement of the secondary distribution equipment.
