GOC375577-YOU-RFP - CONSULTANT - Consulting Services-Pavement Replacement

Remove old pavement in visitor parking lot and driveway into lower parking garage; replace gravel base, compact and repave parking lot and driveway; other work as to be included if required.
Review of existing sidewalk and curb conditions to be considered for replacement.
This is the only visitor's parking lot for the building. It also provides access to the loading dock and garbage dumpster that need to be accessed during the day. Surrounding residential area will need to be considered in the schedule due to noise to work. The consultant will need to determine the grade and water drainage by elevations. Present grading is good, there is no pooling. All pavement markings, including barrier-free and misc. markings. All materials being removed to be recycled.
