The PDP 3 Complex will be undergoing a major re-fit in the near future. In preparation of the re-fit, BGIS must first determine the current state and future state of the IT Systems, Network Infrastructure, and Supporting Equipment throughout the PDP 3 Complex. Key critical infrastructure includes but not limited to a Data Centre, an Optical Ring, Intra-Building Network Services, Other Network Services (Telephony, VTC), and Ancillary Rooms/Spaces.

PRE-REGISTRATION TO ATTEND THE MANDATORY SITE VISIT MUST BE RECEIVED FROM EACH PROPONENT TO BGIS NO LATER THAN JANUARY 10, 2018 2:00 PM EDT. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN THE PROPONENT NOT BEING PERMITTED TO ATTEND THE MANDATORY SITE VISIT.
Proponent representation at the site visit will be limited to a maximum of three (3) representatives.
1.1.3 Proponents must complete, sign and return this Pre-Registration Form by email to: Peng Lim at peng.lim@bgis.com.
1.1.4 Site Visit information:
a) The security information provided below will be verified in advance of the site visit to confirm each attendee holds a valid Secret Level II Clearance issued by CISD/PWGSC.
b) Photos are not permitted.
c) Notes must be completed on one 8.5”x11” paper and will be reviewed by security prior to attendees leaving the site visit.
