Description

Adequately assess and repair the 20m crack that runs along the cast in place wall located at the truck entrance ramp to the loading dock area. Ensure issue is properly identified and addressed in order to prevent recurrence.

The retaining wall needs to be repaired in order to ensure de-lamination is corrected and fix the cracks which cause the wall to move. If not addressed the wall will continue to shift and become a falling hazard.
