Description

The scope of work is as follows:

Project intent is for the consultant of record to complete additional sampling in the areas as identified by InAir Environmental report. Based on the 2016 Asbestos Management Plan, it was determined that a total of 17 ACM's were identified throughout the building and tunnel system. ACM's are materials which have indicated to exceed the regulatory limit of 0.5% for asbestos content. Building materials that were determined to be asbestos containing include: pipe elbow fitting insulation, wall parging, ceiling adhesive pucks, pipe insulation jacketing and vinyl floor tile and spray on fire proofing.

Allow for (10) samples in building.

Allow for completion of (30) PCM air sampling.
