Description

Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) completed fiscal year 2016/2017 identified potentially contaminating activities and subsequent areas of potential environmental concern; a Phase II ESA is recommended in the Phase I ESA. In accordance with Treasury Board Policy on Management of Real Property (2006) s. 6.1.12., known and suspected contaminated sites are required to be assessed and classified, and risk management principles applied to determine the most appropriate and cost-effective course of action for each site.
