BGIS Global Integrated Solutions (BGIS) is inviting qualified consultant firms to provide professional environmental consulting services for six (6) projects,, divided into 4 project bundles, located across Ontario, Canada.  Scope of work is as follows: roof replacement (x 2), exterior cladding restoration, chiller replacement, elevator modernization and escalator replacement & HVAC upgrades.

Proponents may submit a Proposal for one or more of the named project bundles. BGIS intends to award each project bundle to the highest scoring Proponent for that specific bundle.
