Description

Below is a brief overview of the scope of work and assumptions/constraints.

Upgrade lighting fixtures to LED fixtures/lamps where existing fixtures are not already upgraded (basement only at Brooke Claxton building)
Measure and report on desk lighting levels within the office spaces
Measure and report on emergency lighting levels, while maintaining conformance to appropriate code
Review lighting controls and investigate opportunities to implement more sophisticated controls strategies
Identify areas that have not been previously upgraded to LED fixtures
Manage the incentive application process for the Save on Energy program and ensure fixtures specified and contractor documentation submittals support this application
At Jeanne Mance building, incorporate the install of daylight sensors to control perimeter zone lighting
