The intent of this bid call is for Brookfield GIS Workplace Solutions Inc. (“Brookfield GIS WSI” to obtain offers (“Bids”) from interested or qualified parties (“Bidders”) to perform the Work required for a Stipulated Price, in accordance with the Contract Documents.

A qualified party is a company capable of performing all requirements of a CCDC-2 Stipulated Price Contract, 2008 version, Supplements thereof, 10% Bid Bond, 50% Performance and 50% Labour and Material Payment Bonds and in compliance with “Instructions to Bidders” issued with the Tender Documents

An Evaluation Criteria will be used in this two bid envelope system to select the appropriate bidder based on Evaluation criteria package provided in envelope 1 and Pricing in envelope 2.

All bids are to be submitted using MERX on-line bid submission form, please ensure all items as identified in the bid documents list are signed and/or uploaded as indicated as Mandatory or as required per the Instructions to Bidders otherwise your submission could be non-compliant. If bonding is required, the successful proponent only will be required to submit the original copy of their Bid Bond to Brookfield GIS WSI before the Letter of Intent will be issued
