Decommission the following items:

13th Floor in Library Square Tower

Relocate all electrical wiring from above ceiling tile back to the electrical room panels in office area
Relocate all data cables back to LAN room or its source in office area
Remove phone BIX in LAN room

14th Floor in Library Square Tower

Relocate all electrical wiring from above ceiling tile back to the electrical room panels in office area
Relocate all data cables back to LAN room or its source in office area
Remove cable trays in LAN room
Remove Three (3) Liebert A/C units in LAN room
Remove Liebert UPS system in LAN room
Remove Electrical Panel in LAN room and repair damages to the affected wall and floor
Remove the blue cabinet in LAN room and repair damages to the affected wall and floor
Remove Isolation Switches in LAN room

This Project does not require Investment Analysis Report (IAR).
