GOC1238936 - IRB Planned Renovation for 17th floor – Consulting Services

Statement of Work/Overview:
Request for Consulting Services for minor renovations on the 16th, 17th and 18th floors of Library Square tower.
 
Requested Scope of Work:
16th Floor:

• Currently there are 4 hearing rooms located on the 16th floor at LST. Due to recent changes, IRB needs to look at increasing the capacity of their hearing rooms.

• Build two new walls with plenum barrier to create new office for legal advisor. Please refer to the map marked #1 on where the client wants the office to be.
• 2. Check for plenum barrier or other solution to reduce sound transfer from legal advisor offices. Please refer to map for scope #2 on the area where the client wants to soundproof.
• 3. Remove 2 walls and remake the current office into open workspace (door for this office can be used on work #1 above). Please refer to the map on which office to remove.  (furniture ordered for this FY)

• Review the lighting on the 18th floor, in meeting room 18A.
