NOTICE OF PROCUREMENT TO SUBMIT A RESPONSE TO A REQUEST FOR STANDING OFFERS (RFSO) FOR GENERAL TRADES INCLUDING LOCKSMITHS, AUTOMATED DOOR SPECIALISTS, GLASS TECHNICIANS, PLUMBERS, DRYWALLERS, PAINTERS, FLOORING INSTALLERS, ROOFERS, AND GENERAL CONTRACTORS.
