Description

The mechanical system is aging and it requires replacement. The scope of the project is to replace the following items: unit heaters (5); tube heaters; 4.5 tonne HVAC unit; 7.5 tonne HVAC unit; ventilation fan in the RCMP area as well as other ancillary components which are nearing or at end of life. The AHU unit is in fair but operating condition. High level options: - System to be compatible with existing DDC system - Tie into fire alarm system - include replacement of the AHU unit - provide alternate entrance into the mechanical room.
