Description

Life Cycle replacement as per 2007 Study (7-10 years). Sections 4 and 5 have service lines, flashing, curbing and vents which are not sealed correctly and there may be areas where the reported leaks are entering into the building. General deterioration of the roofing materials are also allowing water egress into the building. Upgrade of the roof would prevent further damage to asset and potential damage to tenant's equipment.
