GOC334060 - Cs - Fit-up RT100, RT200 and R200

This project will use Workplace 2.0 fitup standards therefore before we start design drawings we will require a code review for the area. They are going from 150 FTE’s to 209 FTE’s when we are complete. The code review will be for 3 aspects: Architectural – if you have the space for extra staff, if you have enough infrastructure (washrooms), egress, exits. Mechanical – Is there sufficient air to support this many people? Electrical – Do the light Lux levels meet 2.0 code? We will need an exit analysis will determine if the building exits can accommodate the exit occupants.
