Description

Statement of Work/Overview:

Cladding Preservation is intended to protect and stabilize components and to retard deterioration so that the building can be kept serviceable through routine maintenance and minimal repair.

Removing of loose and shelling stone.

Re‐pointing failed mortar joints, Perform Dutchman repairs to localized stone areas where necessary to protect against long term deterioration, reconstructing the parapet balustrades including replacing cracked balusters.

Removal and resetting of displaced stone panels and masonry including the installation of retrofit lateral ties, re‐securing loose masonry and proving thermal movement control joints.

Plans & Specs Year 1 and Construction Year 2.
