GOC325662:
 
* Replacement of existing exterior fencing separating property from neighboring properties on
  east, west and south sides of building.
 
* Maintain the required egress codes.
 
* Provide new fencing that will avoid any safety concerns
 
* To maintain separation, safety and security from TTC streetcar loop
 
* In order to meet the code requirements, the clear width of the egress shall not be less than 1098 mm which is
  not currently in place.
 
* Existing fencing has reached the end of it's life cycle.
 
NOTE: As part of the scope of work, the consultant will need to prepare an Investigation Analysis Report (IAR) with options of different types of fences that can be used, as well as provide an overall site plan showing the new property lines after the new fences are being in place.
