Replace fire alarm system with current technology.

Remote monitoring capabilities through building BAS system would be a consideration to include for a remote site as an option at the IAR Stage.

Consultant to conduct investigation and submit Investigation & Analysis Report (IAR template to be provided), indicating proposed Options with corresponding cost estimates & Risk analysis including mitigation required each risk identified. Consultant to provide recommendation based on "Best Value to Canada" principle.

Consultant to meet all required codes.

ACM report on site.

Site visit is not mandatory but it is the bidder’s responsibility to be familiar with each assigned facility and their existing site condition prior to bidding.

Maintenance Technician Lead (MTL) for each building/facility will be available for each site visit if a bidder/or their company representative(s) need to visit several or a specific site.

Meet at 45 Prince Street, Sioux Lookout, Ontario in the main entrance lobby and sign the site visit attendance sheet.

Site visit: Thursday July 23, 2015 at 09:00 AM Central Time NOT Eastern Time.
