The design portion of this project will see plans and specs developed to permit a contractor to Perform
upgrades to the exterior of the facility including replacement of rotted wood on eaves as well as addressing
the exterior cladding requirements and replacement of 3 overhead doors. Painting of the exterior of
the detachment and exterior garage is also a requirement of this project.
