The project scope includes the following: Replace exterior back Door and Frame with new energy efficient door ‐ include both solid door with window and screen door, as well as new hardware. Reseal driveway. Remove broken pavement where it has cracked, and repair holes and cracks prior to resealing. Replace all old baseboard trim with new on first floor. Paint entire first floor walls, ceilings and trim. Replace existing shed with new. Remove old shed from site. Refert to the Specifications document for more information.
