Description

**Note all times are in Atlantic Time
The scope of the project is for a consultant to review the accessibility recommendations that were noted in the
Public Works and Government Services Accessibility Report (Dated June 2011) and comment / determine
whether the findings meet the most recent Accessibility Code(s), as the code(s) noted in the report may have
been superseded. The items contained in the report reflect the requirement for modifications / adjustments/
additions to be made to the following: vertical movement, interior doors and corridors, washrooms, and the
accessibility door (on the Euston Street Side of the building). Consideration must also be given to the tenant
and their security requirements. The contractor will be expected to supply and install all items outlined in the
design from the consultant that will be based on the chosen option presented during the design stage of the
project. Please see the Requirements Document for further information.
