The objective of this project is to conduct a Facility Assessment Study. The study shall evaluate the interior and exterior components of the building and operating systems. Based on the study's findings, the Consultant shall prepare a report and recommendations that will describe building improvements that should, or may be necessary to be completed within the next 5 year and beyond. The report is to identify the component’s useful life, associated costs, and prioritize them based on life safety and replacement schedule. As per the Requirements Document (attached), the study is to include a review on architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical, building envelope, code, elevator and costs.
Floor plans and equipment data will be provided to the successful consultant. Consultant to verify information on Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) database and update as required.
The consultant must prepare an assessment for each project.
