Roof is leaking into 4th floor Health Canada space causing damage to wall and ceiling. Investigation showed pooling of water on roof adjacent to north wall of west penthouse. Root cause of this issue is snow melting due to lack of insulation on penthouse wall. The pooling water is not draining away due to snow and low point of roof adjacent to that wall. Project is to investigate root cause and create plans, specifications ready for tender.
