GOC337983 - CS - KC12 - Interior Upgrades - AIP2

To repair the 2 interior thermal walls of the lab areas in building 12. The current configuration of these walls are drywall attached directly to the concrete wall. There is no insulation between the concrete and the drywall and over the years the walls have been cracking and falling apart. Also there is a large amount of heat loss in these areas. The project would consist of investigating which options would best suit this area to improve the heat loss and cosmetically fix these areas. Included would be to replace the small windows located in these walls, approximately 2.
