Description

The Consultant shall conduct a detailed analysis of the building/facility systems and equipment, operating and maintenance procedures, existing space conditions and assess the potential for reduction in energy consumption and energy demand.
Develop the concepts of energy efficiency improvements related to but not restricted to: lighting, motors, heating, ventilating and air conditioning, envelope improvements, control systems, fuel conservation, load sharing and load shedding, and water consumption improvements, all based on actual site surveys.
