PWG337596 - Design and Fit Up Floor 8

Consultant Design Requirement to provide full range of services to develop ALL REQUIRED project drawings and specifications to fit up the 8th floor based on client requirements. Only the original floor layout CAD drawing will be provided along with pdf sketch of proposed new layout. Design lead will provide for and carry all required engineering disciplines. Consultant scope of work is from inception through to construction and closeout. Design to meet Workplace 2.0 standards and a full Gap Ananlysis report of the design will be developed and provided by the consultant under this project requirement. Actual fit up requirement will involve the demolition and construction of walls, adding of plenum barriers and transfer ducts, electrical and mechanical engineering, full construction of kitchenette and print rooms, colour selection, architectural panels, carpet repairs and pattering as well as other typical modifcations associated with a public office environment. Drawings will be produced and project will be made construction tender ready at which point the Client will make the decision to determine whether tender or construction activities will occur this fiscal or delayed until future fiscal period.
