Description

Supply and install a test and drain valve for the proper testing of standpipe system. Valve must be piped to nearest drain, approx. 20’of 1’ pipe is required. Test and drain the complete sprinkler system throughout the building.
A fire bypass for the panel will be necessary.
Work must be performed by a Certified Fire Alarm or Sprinkler Technician in accordance with NFPA 13.21.2.6.2 and NFPA 25 5.3.3.3.

All work can be performed during normal business hours.

A maximum of two representatives of each company are permitted to attend the site visit, your company should provide, in advance, the names of the representatives who will attend.

Respondents are requested to meet Glenn Buchanan in the lobby of the Health Protection Building, 200 Tunney's Pasture, Ottawa Ontario. Bidders will require photo ID to sign in with security and to sign the mandatory Site Visit Attendance Sheet.
