Refinish tower steel windows. Interior only. May have FHBRO considerations. Approximately 100 (8"x8") windows. Potential for afterhours work only. Current windows are Clerestory. 1500 mm wide runs between first and second floor to the 4th floor, approximately 7500 mm. Window frame is bronze with 250 x 203 mm rectangle glazed sections. Windows were upgraded in 1988. There may be impact to the tenant if stairwell needs to be closed.
