GOC338205 – Management Plan for On-Going Floor Monitoring

Create a management plan to define requirements on how to monitor the interior floor slabs. Coring samples have already been taken from the cement floor slabs throughout the building and will be available for review. Please provide a report to identify if the floor slabs shows signs of disintegration and provide an action plan for future monitoring which includes potential number of visits in a year as required, how measurement should be taken and recorded, where to take measurements and response plan to various measurement changes.
