Specialized consultant to perform a study as part of full implementation that will be delivered as an I & R document. The findings in this document will include: necessary repairs to walls and slabs, code compliance of railings on top of areawell walls, slab drain scope results, DSR results for paint in areawell, seismic considerations. This document will outline multiple options that will indicate the best practices to upgrade the perimeter areawells walls and slabs in the most cost effective manner.
