Study to determine if storage tank system complies with the Storage Tank Systems for

Petroleum Products and Allied Petroleum Products Regulation (SOR 2008-197) and

applicable provincial regulations and codes. The Emergency Environmental Response Plan

(EERP) and Product Transfer Area Risk management plan must be updated to meet SOR

2008-197 requirements. As well verify that electronic monitoring is working properly as well.
