Description

Request for Consulting Services

Project is to address caulking on windows and the two ducts on East side of building. Repairs to include any compromised windows in order to prevent water from penetrating and the potential for mould. This project will also include the realignment of the aluminum flashing at the base of the curtain wall system which has fallen and requires adjustment. Original gasket system designed by the architect is no longer available and options to replace will need to be considered. Phase 1 - Re-caulking of NW side of building was performed in 2014.
