The scope of work is to upgrade the exterior entrance doors with new energy efficient units and upgrade the stairwell metal doors. The Canada Post door has recently been replaced by Canada Post on the 32nd Ave side of building. There is some damage to the stairwell painted wall and door surfaces to be repaired.
