This project will see a consultant hired to develop specifications to have a HVAC Contractor balance the entire ventilation system in this building. The investigation by the consultant will determine if mechanical adjustments or refrigerant equipment adjustments will be required. The actual balancing and adjustments if required will be completed by qualified technicians hired by the consultant and included in the consultant’s price.

Additional information concerning the process for the balancing contractor will be presented and discussed
