Description

1. Review all existing documentation / reports and conduct a full inspection on the problematic septic systems to determine system capability, piping configuration requirements, integrity of weeping bed and holding tank. Provide an I&R Report for each of the four (4) sites. Report to have at least 3 alternative; Status Quo, Repairs to System and Full Replacement. Each Alternative to have; description of work, advantages and disadvantages, cost breakdown, risk analysis and preliminary schedule.
2. Alternative for each site will be designed and implemented in accordance with Part 8 of the Ontario Building Code and all other relevant codes and regulations.
3. Client requesting itemized pricing per PIN, client has the option to remove a PIN should there be funding restrictions. PIN 614005.2, 614014, 614021 and 614133
