GOC325918 Cs - Upgrade Heat Exchangers High and Low Rise

The High Rise building is served by glycol heat exchangers located in the penthouse transferring heat from the medium temperature hot water loop to each AHU glycol loop. In the Low Rise building ten heat exchangers for the hot water (induction and reheat) loops is located in the basement mechanical room.
The heat exchangers have reached their life expectancy and require to be replaced as part of the Program of Works. Corrosion has been identified and various breakdowns have been experienced. The equipment is an integrated system for the heating in the building and therefore requires to be upgraded.
