GOC341749 Cs - Upgrade Humidifiers for the HVAC System in Low and High Rise

Currently there are five humidifiers in each tower (10 in total) that have reached their life expectancy and break down annually which affects the air quality and ability to maintain ASHRAE standards and occupant comfort. These are located in the penthouse and basement of the High and Low Rise Buildings and need to be replaced before winter months.
The equipment has reached its life expectancy and breaks down on annually basis. This is a Health and Safety concern as it impacts the ability to maintain adequate humidity levels as per ASHRAE standards in winter months. Delivery delays and cost on parts is a concern as it also contributed to time delays in regards to being able to perform emergency repairs. The equipment must be replaced with new ones.
